If buying a car with the absolute best fuel efficiency is your goal, then make sure you take a good look at the Mirage, the Mitsubishi with the best fuel efficiency.
The Mirage won’t tug at your wallet as much as other cars, and it is worth it.
The Mirage boasts the highest fuel efficiency rating of any non-hybrid gasoline car in the United States with an EPA-estimated combined fuel efficiency rating of 40 mpg. The city mileage is rated at 37 mpg with the highway efficiency clocking in at 44 mpg.
What makes these numbers even more impressive is the fact that the Mirage is a five-door hatchback with 17.2 cubic feet of cargo space. So, while the Mirage is by no means a large car, if efficiency is what you want, you can still have some space to go with it.
In addition to its impressive fuel efficiency rating, the Mirage also has an attractive price tag with numbers starting at just $13,805 for the base 2015 Mirage DE with a five-speed manual transmission. That is less than you will pay for many used cars. For a Mirage equipped with the continuously variable transmission (CVT), prices start at $14,905.

The Mirage ES is an affordable option for buyers.
The year is coming to a close and the 2014 cars are leaving their positions of being the new guys on the block. That doesn’t mean they don’t still have that shiny sense of newness the car market loves. Looking back on them for their benefits and features is a way to remind ourselves that there’s still a lot to look forward to in these current-year cars.
The Mirage ES is a car for the economically-minded buyer. It’s low in cost and minimum features, great for the type of person who doesn’t need all the bells and whistles to appreciate their ride. It has a starting price of $12,995, making the Mirage ES cost friendly on the wallet, especially compared to its competitors. It can boast a nice, smooth ride thanks to its suspension system.
Just because its features are reduced doesn’t mean there’s nothing nifty about this low-tech car. With its full specs in place, the Mirage ES comes with Bluetooth, climate control, satellite navigation and some more options you can ask our dealers about.

For Mitsubishi Motors of North America, September was a month of “bests.” The automaker reported a number of record-breaking sales during September for various models and for the brand overall.
Mitsubishi sold 5,558 vehicles in North America during the month. That’s a whopping 38.9% increase over the number of units sold during September 2013, and it’s the best September sales in three years as a matter of fact. It is also the automaker’s best year-to-date sales since 2008.
Carrying the brand was Mitsubishi’s Outlander Sport, which had its best-ever September sales. The American-made model maintained its bestseller status with over 2,300 units sold during the month.
In second place is the all-new Mirage. Still in its first year of sales, the five-door crossover jumped to the number two bestselling spot this past March and has held it ever since.
“Thanks to our all-new Mitsubishi Mirage, the redesigned Outlander and the updated Outlander Sport, Mitsubishi Motors is continuing its positive sales momentum throughout 2014,” said Mitsubishi’s executive vice president of Sales, Don Swearingen. “Our customers are responding very positively to these vehicles thanks to their excellent fuel efficiency, plentiful features and outstanding affordability.”
We at Randall Mitsubishi can’t wait to see what other sales records will be broken throughout the rest of the year!
The Outlander Sport is a car that can do it all.
The Outlander Sport is the whole package: an attractive exterior, functional in size, and can come in four-wheel drive that can handle even the bumpiest terrains and slick roads. With so much to offer, it is hard to believe it is available all from one little SUV.
Summit Daily reports that “the Sport’s looks and interior design are quite impressive…Seating is comfortable, the straight-ahead three-knob heating and air system works like a charm and the bright, easy-to-read instruments all make it an upstanding experience.”
The driver will feel like they have full control of the vehicle, making accelerating less sensitive, and in need of a strong push on the pedal to truly make the car reach top speeds. The car also includes hand-shifting paddles on the steering wheel, which are pertinent in any sporting model.
The Outlander Sport gets an outstanding 24 mpg city and 29 when highway driving. The Sport is also offered with a manual transmission to make it feel even sportier for a small SUV. The starting price beings at $23,999. Affordable and practical? We are definitely sold on the Outlander Sport! If you are convinced then get your own model from Randall Mitsubishi today!
